A seasonal bouquet offers different flower shapes and colours. In our flower collection, one red-rose-and-teddy gift includes a vase, and a separate red-rose-and-plush-bear combination has its own presentation.

For a different palette, our rose collection includes pink-and-purple roses or pale pink with fuchsia, both without vases. Choose for the person and check the complete flowers and container details.

A sweet-and-savoury snack box, wine with chocolate or scented soap sets provide other ways to say thanks. Choose for the recipient’s tastes.

Read the food information shown for the whole gift. If a dietary detail essential to the recipient is missing, confirm it with customer service before ordering. For soap gifts, read the selected ingredients and usage information. Use the complete gift’s dates and any stated notice.

Name the kindness you appreciated

Mention the advice, visit, practical help or warm welcome that prompted your gift. A specific memory can make a short message personal. Enter your card message at checkout; it will accompany fresh flowers whenever possible. For other gifts, use the greeting option offered with the selected item.

For a colleague, include the company and department and confirm who can receive the gift. For flowers, any care guidance supplied will help the recipient enjoy the arrangement.

Include the municipality, postcode and apartment

Give the recipient’s full name, street, house number, five-digit postcode and municipality in Slovakia. Include the entrance, floor and apartment or unit where relevant, plus the intercom name and a working Slovak telephone number. For a hotel or workplace, add the property or company name and a receiving contact.

For a hotel guest, give the reservation name and arrival date and check that reception can accept the gift. For a workplace, include the company and department. For a patient, confirm the hospital and ward’s rules about flowers, plants or food before ordering.

Choose a date for the complete gift

Fresh flowers are delivered Monday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements and addresses when ordered before 14:00 at the recipient’s local time, if that date is offered for the selected gift; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants and gifts without fresh flowers have their own available dates and any stated notice. Fresh flowers within a combination also follow the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

Order ahead for a mountain village, a winter occasion or an event with a fixed start time. Choose a date offered for the full address and arrange for someone to receive the gift. A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed; contact customer service before ordering if a deadline is essential.
